I have had clients come to see me for coaching because they are frustrated with their job and are finding themselves becoming depressed.
They feel stuck because they like the income the job provides but they are unhappy with the either the way their company operates or with their coworkers.
Dealing with a Dysfunctional Organization
I coach people regarding ways to cope with a difficult work environment.
Some times the coaching is helping a client find ways to present an issue to a manager so that they can be heard.
Other times it is helping a person think through what they may need to do to leverage their position so they have more options.
I have assisted clients in examining how they can transition themselves out of one position and into another with the most success. I have also taught clients methods of dealing with difficult coworkers.
